An institute management system needs to serve administrators, teachers, students, and multiple institutions while keeping responsibilities and information clearly separated. MarineIMS combines academic administration with online learning and fee management.
My contribution.
- Build role-based administrator, institute, teacher, and student workflows.
- Support multi-institute operation through separate wildcard subdomains.
- Implement attendance, classes, courses, assignments, exams, enrollment, and student lifecycle capabilities.
- Connect course-fee payment workflows with institute operations.
- Integrate online learning tools including Webex, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and digital whiteboard support.

Multi-tenancy is an operating model as much as it is a database and routing decision.
